My training plan varies depending on the phase of the season that I’m in. I work closely with the help of my coach to work on various aspects of my physiology, tactics, technique but also work to keep it fun, light and enjoyable.
Generally, my week will comprise of gym, track training, road rides, ergo sessions, recovery sessions, good nutrition and sleep.
